Scott Dalton - Director & Founder
QARA Consultant

Scott is a diligent Quality Management System (QMS) professional with 13 years of QARA experience in Medical Devices and IVDs. He is an experienced ISO 13485 Lead Auditor, having previously audited many manufacturing sites across Europe and Africa. He has worked with a broad spectrum of products, everything from Haemodialysis machines and contact lenses to drug-eluting stents and orthopaedic implants. Recent client projects pertain to MDR Remediation, NC/CAPA/Complaints Burndowns, Post Market Surveillance reporting and the Qualification and Validation of a new manufacturing site. Scott has a strong academic background in Biological Sciences and a passion for data analytics and writing Quality System processes.

Scott spends much of his free time outdoors, often hiking through the countryside or tending to the family farm, and he also maintains a keen interest in swimming.
Lisa Wiesner - Management

Lisa is an energetic and enthused Digital Marketing specialist who joined Oaka Medserve with 16 years experience in Operations Management, Marketing and Sales disciplines. Lisa has over the last 3 years developed knowledge and understanding of the medical device QARA field. Lisa is expert in client relationship building and account management, and maintains a strong rapport with many of our medical device clients. Lisa performs many of the administrative task and technical work that underpins the success of the business.

Lisa spends much of her free time undertaking humanitarian work and she is an avid, award winning, baker! ​​
